Garbage Training

Pros

They pay you for training. Good pay; good 401k match

Cons

The training is watching tedious lessons. They expect you to complete 30+ hours of training within the first 10 days. They market this as a 'part-time' extra income job but unless you are willing to learn the ins-and-outs of the software you are going to be thrown into the calls with a ridiculously little amount of knowledge.

Pros

Benefits for Part Time employees, Good remote work environment, interesting work

Cons

Large corporation, being 100% remote, I don't have easy access to HR and benefit information: I missed Health Care Enrollment, but was automatically enrolled in their profit sharing. Emphasis on pushing clients through their systems, good customer service almost seems secondary.
