Pros

Full time and 9-5:30 M-F

Cons

I have been with Sykes since the merger with Frontier in 2017. I have not received a raise with Sykes, they have cut the commission benefits, the medical benefits are horrible. The CEO visited my location and told all employees that we can be replaced by robots. When they opened the floor for discussions they failed to answer questions that we needed clarification on. Plain and simple do NOT work for this company if you can go to other call centers.

We're so sorry to hear that your Sykes employment experience has been less than optimal. At Intuit, we strive to select partners that mirror our mission and core values, as Sykes has historically demonstrated in the past. This feedback will be shared directly with Sykes to ensure that we continue to stay aligned as partners. Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback.
