Management was consistently terrible. From absent ones to incompetent ones to rude ones. This goes for my personal managers and others I worked with. In the end, I got a new manager after having worked with the company for years. My job duties were significantly changed to something that was originally being done by another team, and I wasn't given any proper training for the new duties. Was terminated soon for work performance despite constantly requesting assistance.

Last minute changes to policy and procedures happen often.
