      Can be a good place to get some learning for a couple of years

      Pros

      Great campus Great benefits Higher than average compensation for the area Lots of great people at the individual contributor level

      Cons

      Slow to no advancement at higher levels. They hire most VP's and Directors from outside. Work life balance skews towards work. Direction from upper management is not clear and focused. i.e. 40 things are a priority. Yearly layoffs Growth is slowing Moving work offshore

      Great Employees, poor management

      Great benefits, the people who work there are amazing, time to give back to the community via We Care Give Back

      Cons

      No one from management knows whats going on when things get rough. Things are poorly managed, no information given to employees with regards to outages or updates. Too many re-orgs, trying to act like a small business but in all of the bad practices. Managers usually have no idea whats going on, are in constant meetings and don't actually "manage"

      Very top heavy... weak operational leadership at the Business Unit level Inneffective at acquiring and integrating new businesses... too many duds with no accountability for bad acquisition strategy and execution Heavy gross margins hide gross inneficiencies, particularly in HQ functions Focus on the sizzle not the bacon
