Pros

the stock is doing well, the campus amenities are great

Cons

Frequent and chaotic reorganizations and shift to overseas creating huge talent loss. Some of the best leaders were forced out, and people are no longer happy. The culture has shifted from being great to bad or terrible in only 2-3 years. They even took out employee first out of their leadership runbook.

Pros

Intuit is a great place to work and always focuses on new technology. Intuit culture allows you to own your product and leader are always available to hear new ideas. GED is one of the best event i would say intuit have where you can innovate, collaborate and present latest features/tech. Very happy to work at intuit.

Cons

As a large company, cross platform team collaborate is little difficult and need some affects to show impact. Intuit handles many services/products which add some complexity while learning about there product structure.
