Overall a good company, but has it's downsides.

Pros

Overall compensation is really good. Work from home often. Hours are usually flexible and not too much. Lots of offsites, opportunities for career development. Ability to transfer within fairly easily too. Really good cafeteria.

Cons

Way too many "Bill Lumbergh's" at this company. Too many managerial layers. Inconsistent hiring practices which leads to inconsistency in caliber of employees performing in the same capacity.
