Pros

-2 WFH days a week (was 3 up until early 2025)

Cons

-Increasingly toxic work culture from 2022-2025 -Terminated with manager citing performance as the reason, which imo was not justified (first bad review mid year-> termination in 3 months with little concrete feedback/opportunity for improvement)

Pros

Intuit is a huge company. If you’re someone that enjoys and appreciates constantly on-site celebrations with food trucks and ferris wheels- you’ll love working here.

Cons

Intuit has the most meeting-heavy culture I’ve ever seen. The culture at Intuit is: schedule back-to-back meetings from 8am to 5pm. No need to eat lunch or use the bathroom, because meetings take priority. Intuit doesn’t even pretend to promote work life balance, which is why they want people in the office full time. They claim that the encourage people to connect with others and look for opportunities for career growth, but in my experience, making connections didn’t help.
