Pros

Pay is good. Low level people are good.

Cons

Systemic racism is backed into the policies and pay structure. They brag in yearly reports how they pay certain races and gender’s less or More than others.

Pros

-18 Paid Vacation days, + 3 weeks vacation to start, 4 weeks at 2 years, 5 weeks at 5 years. -8 sick days a year that rollover year-to-year ("not use or lose it" at the end of the calendar year like most companies). -Parental leave is the exact same for Female and Male employees (as it should be) - with 16 weeks paid time off -Employees receive a $1,300 well-being for life bonus every fiscal year that can be applied to anything that improves you or your families wellbeing. It's surprisingly broad. I reimbursed Disneyland tickets, workout gear, cleaning service, greeting cards, etc. Exec Leadership is transparent and hosts regular all hands and town hall meetings to talk about what's on everyone's minds. Great company.

Cons

Overall great company, it's hard to find drawbacks with so much flexibility.

Pros

Intuit is an ambitious company grounding in growing and making itself and those it serves better. After working for a number of well known companies across various industries, I can honestly say that Intuit is truly a standout and somewhat of an unknown gem. From leadership, to our people, to the customers that we look to delight each and every day through continuous improvement. Intuit walks the talk, listens, and is honest. I am proud to work for such a purposeful, well-intentioned, and unassuming company.

Cons

Work life balance can be challenging depending on your role. That said, Intuit is supportive and provides the necessary resources and forums to help you find an appropriate rhythm. Career growth/opportunities may be limited depending on your function.
