Pros

For many areas where Intuit exists the pay and benefits cannot be beat. Amazing people work at Intuit. (Colleagues, leadership leaves a lot to be desired)

Cons

No employee loyalty. No longer the people first company they used to be. Outsourcing most support roles just to cut costs, dated technology, stagnant with not a ton of internal growth anymore as employees never have time to train if they want to meet their lofty goals, archaic processes, weak leadership, poor decision making, politics, politics, politics. They are now all about the bottom line and not the employees it wasn't always like this. Layoffs will happen every year so make sure you prepare in case your number is called this year.
