Pros

What I enjoy most about my role at Intuit Finance is the opportunity to continuously learn and grow each day, enabling me to enhance my performance and excel in my responsibilities. Intuit places a strong emphasis on work-life balance, which is reflected in the flexible hybrid work model of three days on campus and two days working from home. Additionally, Intuit offers reimbursement for internet expenses incurred while working remotely, further demonstrating their commitment to supporting employees both in and out of the office. Another standout feature is the affordability of the campus food court—breakfast is typically just $3-$4, while lunch ranges from $5-$7. With prices like these, there’s hardly a need for fast food! Intuit truly goes above and beyond to take care of its employees.

Cons

Intuit has high expections from all staff. Every month your expected to learn teach learn.
