Pros

Awesome culture, QBLEA leadership really strives to make us feel valued and celebrated by doing swag giveaways and sending a gift for our birthday.

Cons

It can be hard dealing with customers around tax deadlines. No paid holidays off, but we do get overtime when working on open holidays and we do get five days of recharge time around Christmas and three days around Thanksgiving. PTO has a max of one week for full time employees no matter the tenure.
