Great company, great benefits

Pros

Intuit has a great culture and provides a lot of benefits. I receive a great base pay, bonus and stock compensation. The healthcare benefits are incredible along with other small perks they offer, including a stipend for things that "improve your life" (I use this for a monthly maid at my home), 125% 401k match up to 6% I believe, annual stock grants, and I am lucky to be fully remote. I enjoy my coworkers, my projects and have a fair amount of self-autonomy in the projects I get to work on which is great for me. This is by far the best company I have ever worked for.

Cons

In general, the company does not like remote work and does not seem interested in doing a trial of things like a 4 day work week.

Pros

Benefits, 401k, stock, hybrid, benefit

Cons

- HR is not for employees. Do not engage - Poor management, does not follow the sentiment Sasan uses to energize employees during state of the company - favoritism - Integrity without compromise is a myth - lack of structured performance evaluation, lack of consistent documentation - promotions are a popularity contest...managers vote on who gets promoted - Internal survey is not confidential...make sure you rate your managers high

Pros

The compensation is competitive and the work culture is excellent. You set your boundaries, and your managers respect them.

Cons

The hybrid requirements can be tedious for some.
