Business Outlook
Pros
Great culture that has stood the test of time and different CEO's though most of the CEO's have had long tenures. Focus is on their customers. Pay is a little above average but not at the top end of the scale which is intentional. Benefits can't be topped. Great place to work!
Cons
Decisions by committee and siloed businesses makes speedy decisions a challenge and internal navigation somewhat difficult. Having said that, every company has its warts and if these are the only major ones, it's not really anything you wouldn't expect from a company of this size.
