Pros

People are smart, passionate and really care about customers. The company is really trying to embrace innovation and design for delight. Everyone is given 10% "unstructured" time to work on things they are interested in. They pay for you to work 4 days a year for charity.

Cons

No paid sabbaticals for long-term employees. Tendency to focus heavily on short-term revenue gains.

Pros

Nice work life balance. Managers are pretty good (the ones I have worked for). They do make an effort to reward high skilled employees.

Cons

Can have too much bureaucracy. I have been fortunate enough to avoid most of it, but I see how other teams and employees operate. Very slow, over organized, too cautious. Need more room for innovation.

Pros

You will immediately feel like part of the team. Leads, supervisors, managers have been so friendly and helpful. They understand that giving in to employees and keeping them happy will only come back to the company threefold. There is room for growth but you have to really work hard for it and be consistent.

Cons

Tax season! Do I have to say more? As long as you prepare for it, the process in dealing with this season becomes better each year.
