Pros

Benefits are world class. Intuit hires very sharp people. Constantly trying new things and staying on the cutting edge of their businesses.

Cons

Culture is very consensus oriented - I don't see many managers making hard decisions on their own. Not necessarily bad but very different than any other company I've ever worked for. Also, the data structures and availability are extremely poor for a high tech company of this size.

Cons

No much training will be given on the work we do, We need to figure out all the things by our own little difficult to manage for freshers but still Intuit spends lot on training.
