Pros

I've worked here twice, and both times I had a great time. There is no end of challenging work to keep you interested, but also plenty of support and a team environment to keep you from getting overworked or burnt out.

Cons

It's a big company, and moves like one. Sometimes it takes weeks to do thie simplest things, and this can be very frustrating. Also, like many big companies they can act cold and impersonal towards employees, i.e. cold hearted layoffs, dead end teams, etc. The network team is a major backlog, and gives me heartburn on a regular basis.

Pros

Appropriate work/life balance; strong company values; sincere belief in contributing to our communities; strong positive leadership; good growth potential

Cons

Inconsistent workplace management; inconsistent messaging around support of virtual workplace; like so many technology companies they don't spend enough on internal infrastructure and technology that will make the employees' lives easier (thereby making the entire company more efficient!)
