Pros

Good benefits, great people to work with. The company is very customer focused which helps to build great products for customers. Innovation plays a high priority so there are a lot of things going on.

Cons

Very political environment and driven by leadership personalities. The culture is extremely passive aggressive so its difficult to get anything accomplished. The culture also has a very short attention span and the company doesn't recognize the value of improving internal processes and procedures.- sometimes the company is too customer-focused (at the expense of the employees).

Pros

Good products, facilities. Capable people in US team.

Cons

No work life balance. Senior management team is full of political games. You can not work with peace of mind. Partiality is very visible in promotions and hikes. No career growth . Outdated technologies. No leadership vision.
