Pros

Great benefits Nice people Unlimited training available Team-oriented Strategic

Cons

"Balance work life" is lip service Layoff potential is pervasive all the time Management lacks leadership The company's priorities are stock price first, shareholders second, executive promotions/ bonuses third, and then employee layoffs.

Pros

Intuit is a great company that focuses on hiring great talent around the world and making sure they are engaged every day in creating a great customer experience. Intuit is very focused on a great work/life balance for its employees. Intuit focuses on innovation and customer delight in everything they do. There are many opportunities for growth and mobility within the company.

Cons

The downside is that my current manager does NOT embody all that is great with intuit, and I struggle on a regular basis with feeling engaged and excited to work for this team because of that difficulty.
