      You'll enjoy the benefits of working with many smart, talented, curious, co-operative co-workers. The pay and benefits are above par, and usually employment is safe and stable.

      Cons

      Too many leaders at the Director level and above not stretching to do the work of leaders - setting strategy and vision, and instead they keep doing the work of an individual contributor, which makes it difficult for manager, sr. managers and group managers to advance in their experience.

      Great company with lots of good ideas and an environment that promotes creativity and innovation. Leadership is constantly looking for new opportunities to grow the company while still being focused on the core business.

      Cons

      - The company is becoming plagued with bad managers as well as many good managers put in bad situations. - Office politics has taken the fun out of coming to work. - There are too many people trying to make a name for themselves rather than focusing on helping the company get better at solving our customers needs.
