Pros

Good to place to work and learn new things. But depends on the team that you are put in.

Cons

I strongly feel that it all depends on the team that you are put in.

The work culture is awesome in INTUIT. People respect you as a engineer/ human being and they do not consider you as robot or machine or resource

Cons

Too business focused and less of engineering/technology focus Tough company to work for Managers and heaven for engineers

Pros

Good benefits, average corporate culture, a lot of free food

Cons

A lot of micromanagement, lack of communication and transparency, too many constant changes and no stability, no clear vision or planning of changes, Manager lack interest in developing people and would never reply to any emails ever sent, unrealistic targets designed so people will only make base salary and no commission, poor base salary compared to similar roles in the industry. Too many systems and processes to work through and document.
