Pros

Good base pay, good benefits

Cons

Company obsession over delivering AI agents sacrificing overall product quality and employee satisfaction due to churn. Over saturation of execs from Meta transforming culture that existed just 2-3 years ago.

Pros

Lots of fun company events and swag, good pay and benefits

Cons

completely disorganized leadership only focused on reporting, writing papers. Use regular firings & layoffs to keep employees motivated. No prioritization of work, do everything all the time and change priorities weekly. No work life balance, expected to be available all hours, nights, weekends.

Pros

Great lunches Great benefits Great programs

Cons

Your business unit and manager are an indicator of success. The Mailchimp side is struggling but there is opportunity for good commission checks. Product is not yet in the space to compete where they want it to.
