Pros

Work from home... decent pay. All the overtime you could want. Coworkers were nice. Most customers are reasonable . Retirement matching.

Cons

Its only seasonal. Sometimes you have no solution for the client. Some customers are unreasonable. It gets old being on the phone all day every day. Survey system is annoying.
