      The benefits are awesome. The scheduling is flexible. The company is willing to work with diverse employees - no age discrimination. Constant learning and growth.

      Cons

      Things change a lot so you have to stay up to date on current standards, policies, and procedures. Be willing to change your role up because you may not end up doing what you were originally interviewing for or hired for.
