Pros

Smart people across the organization. Intuit is quickly transforming itself to a cloud-based financial solutions provider with very little competition. Lots of smart people, and any level of management seems to get a lot of coaching and leadership teaching.

Cons

Unfortunately there are some pockets within the company that are not up to the entire companies standard. (Unfortunately that's where I fit) We're continually being told to do more with less, and the number of projects is increasing and our voice is heard less and less.

Pros

Company follows good process, and has good product ideas. It is always open to try out new things.

Cons

India office tends to have more 'back-office' maintenance work than the main offices in the US and Canada. Sometimes very heirarchical.
