I love the people I work with. All friendly folk, easy to connect with and hangout with. Avenues to get visibility on yourself and your work.

Cons

Internal mobility is difficult unless you are willing to move to the larger centers like Mountainview. Performance standards are much higher than they were 2 years ago.
