Pros

The pay is competitive for being outside of FAANG The work load balance is moderately heavy (no slacking around or 20 hours a week worked), but ultimately I usually don't work more than 45 - 50 hours a week.

Cons

To make deadlines, there's a company expectation to put additional work past the normal 8 hour workday. Recent layoffs, and continued rumoring of additional reorg changes coming soon
