      Pros

      I have worked here for over 10 years and I have no regrets. The pulse feedback process about people managers enables power at the grass root developer levels. It takes a lot for a tech company to exist for decades and Intuit's financial fundamentals and its values are strong.

      I love working at Intuit. I align with the companies overall values, and the people really seem to care about each other. It feels like we work together for everyone to succeed.

      Cons

      It's a big company with lots of goals, sometimes getting resources for your initiatives can be tough due to competing priorities.
