Pros

Amazing culture like I've never seen at any company, exceptional CEO, talented engineering teams treated like part of a family with respect and never any fear of backstabbing or throwing you under the bus. Great work life balance.. This company is truly a hidden gem.

Cons

Vacation policy is not competitive as you only start out with 2 weeks per year as a new hire. Medical benefits are disappointing as well.

Pros

Great work environment. Everyone seems to get along pretty well and there is a good company culture. Sometimes they bring in lunch on weekends when we have to push out a project for a deadline.

Cons

The management can be disassociated with the lower ranks to the point that sometimes we feel like they are making poor decisions and we have no way of having our voices heard.

Cons

- Either you will meet genuinely nice people or extremely fake people portraying themselves as nice. Beware of them!!
