Great place to always find new ways to help our customers and improve processes. Customer focused, great amenities and perks. There's always something new to learn.
Cons
Need to keep more SMEs or will lose key knowledge / expertise that takes years to learn. Can't always expect engineers to know how to best test various tax scenarios.
