Everyone I've worked with is intelligent, kind, and genuinely cares about your success. Benefits are superb, and pay is very good. The work is meaningful and challenging.

Cons

Work experience can vary greatly depending on which team you are in, due to Intuit being such a large company. It's hard work. You are expected to make an impact, and sometimes, that can take a lot of effort.
