Pros

Engineers are expected to think end-to-end, as "product engineers". Great flexibility, work life balance, benefits, entrepreneurial thinking encouraged.

Cons

Confrontation averse and consensus driven culture. Frequent lay-offs. Too much middle-management.

Pros

Awesome place to work. Lots of innovation and learning opportunities. Great work-life balance.

Cons

Career advancement can sometimes be slower than one would expect. But it varies based on what group/team you're on.
