Pros

They recognize their employees, provide a great compensation and benefits package, and a great working environment.

Cons

Depending on the product that you work, you might be working with old technologies and a code base that was created back in the 90s, that is hard to maintain.

Pros

Intuit is the best company I work for, comparing with 6 other companies I worked for

Cons

like in any big company, the overhead and process in place sometimes prohibit us to move faster

Pros

There are lots of interesting things going on. It's a relatively stable company. There are some great leadership training opportunities backed by senior management. The company does seem to care about the employees (e.g. we still have a Christmas party, children's Winter Wonderland, monthly socials or beer bashes). We also do a great job giving back to local communities through volunteering, donation matching, etc.

Cons

As a relatively large company, it can sometimes take a long time to get things done and get new products/services out.
