Pros

This is a fast growing company with a flat management structure, so if you are willing to apply yourself you will be given lots of autonomy and ownership of large and prestigious accounts. If you are looking for a 9-5 and an easy life then you won't progress. If you are ambitious and want to have a personal stake in a growing business then this will be a great environment for you.

Cons

I worked in the New York office and the mixed reviews below were all written by people in Dublin. Not sure what their issue is, but if you're working in New York then these concerns won't apply to you.
