Pros

Very committed to fairness and equal opportunity. Most intelligently managed company I've ever seen, with an eye on lasting forever, fairness, ethics, and helping patients as well as surgeons, HCPs, hospitals, and medical practices.

Cons

They make some penny-wise, pound-foolish decisions that affect employees' negatively from a productivity perspective. Most of it is due to some poorly written business software deployed that serves to sap employees' time. There is just no human support available to solve those problems. Career path can be stymied in certain professions.

Good executive leadership with a vision and mission

Cons

Poor mid-level leadership, self-centered, say they care about employees but will manipulate people and situations for their own benefit. They will remove good people and tenured people who could challenge their role. Despite an effort to support diversity, there is not follow through to protect employees
