Cons
The culture is not for everyone, we strive towards excellence and that often means pushing boundaries and stretching yourself. There are no passengers on this ship! As the company grows, there can be pockets of teams that form that don't follow the culture as described above. I've been around for almost 10 years, and my experience is that it is painful to be on those teams when that happen, but those teams/leaders don't stick around for long.
