      Pros

      I love working at Invenergy - I get to work on a lot of exciting projects with a lot of independence, while still being able to ask my manager for help or advice when I need it.

      Cons

      The office has had some growing pains, and I wish there were slightly more wfh opportunities

      Big company with job security and reach. Employees are very friendly and the company has strong morals and ethics unlike some other renewable energy companies

      The pay is low and they are slowly restricting hybrid work.
