-Although we have grown a lot in the last few years and do big deals, the company is still nimble in responding to new opportunities and innovating. Each deal or project is unique, which keeps things interesting! -Get to have an impact on our projects; ability for employees who start in a more junior position to develop knowledge -- not just about their job, but about the company/industry as a whole. More junior employees given the opportunity to develop and learn to see the big picture through mentoring from colleagues. -Good work/life balance -Lots of very talented and intelligent coworkers -Rewarding industry
Cons
Employees need to have initiative to be successful here. Lose WiFi connection in areas (like conference rooms) at headquarters, which hinders meetings.
