      Pros

      Good PTO, lots of potential opportunities in various energy sectors, experienced managers

      Cons

      I love how many of reviewers on here are leaving 4 or 5 stars but also state that Invenergy is a "revolving door" or has "high turnover". The reason is because of average to below average salary, unhappy employees, stressful workload, no equity, and an inattentive CEO. Also the HR individuals are a waste of space (but that's true in all companies). Automation can't replace them fast enough

      Pros

      I have a wonderful manager. He encourages and mentors me as I learn new job skills (project management, planning, etc) which are outside the realm of my administrative duties, but I am very eager to learn. Wonderful local support staff. Regional and asset managers are wonderful as well.

      Cons

      The company is experiencing some growing pains and transferring/tweaking new software. Sometimes it takes a little longer to get answers from AP, but asset management remedies it quickly. It's not because they don't care, but because they are still a fairly new company who is growing quickly.
