      Pros

      - Many different renewable projects to work on. - Good coworkers, with a sense of comradery in spite of leadership - Autonomy

      Cons

      - High turnover, we are hemorrhaging good and experienced engineers. - Disorganized, document handling is a joke. - Top heavy organization - Limited WFH policy that changes every 6 months. - Poor leadership, Uncaring/Hostile attitude. - Chaotic, poor role definition, and nonsensical re-orgs. - Frequent lapses in quality control. - Safety culture is slipping.

      Really nice and smart coworkers

      Cons

      The lack of flexibility, and bad office environment are a big downside. There are no office amenities, and the pay is not competitive enough to justify full time in office. The micromanagement around the enforcement has made it so people feel like they are judged for taking PTO (because people see they are not at their desk). Senior Leadership is wildly out of touch as well. Of course you don’t care that you have to come in 5 days a week, you make $400k… not $65k like an Analyst. There is a complete lack of understanding that employees are people first, and the lack of empathy is disturbing.

      Pros

      The work that we do is generally fulfilling and motivating, the people there are great to work with. Directors and VPs are willing to help you with career goals which is awesome.

      Cons

      HR is terrible. I asked for a raise after getting a masters degree and PM certification and they told me no and that it was useless. Management has forced everyone into the office and won’t let people wfh on Fridays even when everyone disagrees. Compensation sucks and benefits are ok
