Pros

Invenergy has a huge project pipeline, which means everyone has a chance to work on "real" projects from day 1. They give employees a lot of responsibility early on which makes it a great place to learn about developing and building renewable energy projects.

Cons

The pay is not competitive relative to the rest of the renewables industry. They push people into management positions even when they have no interest or skills in managing people, which results in middle management that doesn’t foster good career growth on their teams. Turnover rate is very high which has caused the company culture to deteriorate.

Pros

Growing company. Chances to learn new things. Free coffee you get to make. Never nothing to do.

Cons

You have to learn new things because there are not enough staff to manage all required activities. There is a culture of "entrepreneurs" which is just code for "work more". Extremely high turnover.

Pros

Relatively flexible. Generally personable management. Good opportunity for those starting out or wishing to climb the ladder. Getting employees the materials needed to do the job is usually a high priority.

Cons

High turnover rate throughout the company. Average to below average salary/benefits. Limited investment in employee development. Lack of organization/consistency. What some may say is efficient, others might say is cutting corners.
