Big company that is doing good things. A lot of smart and talented individuals across the board helping to advance challenging clean energy projects across the US.

Cons

Big company cuts both ways. A lot of folks to navigate to get something done, and you need to be proactive in how you collaborate with your colleagues.

Pros

Invenergy is fine if you're just wanting to get your foot in the door or are just starting out in your career. The people here have been great, I love my coworkers!

Cons

Upper level management is extremely misleading and untrustworthy. During my time here, the remote work policy has changed 3-4 times and they continue to take and take from their employees without giving anything in return. Also, a lot of micromanaging going on.
