Pros

Young company with a great group of people

Cons

Difficult to increase you salary, get promoted. Disjointed upper management with lack of empathy.

Horrible culture

Pros

Well-known name, lots of former Invenergy "alumni" at competitors

Cons

One of the most disappointing companies I've ever worked for: it is plagued by random Vice Presidents who've reached their positions solely due to attrition, senior leadership who compensate for their shortcomings by being incredibly rude, and a return-to-office policy that keeps deteriorating. The Government Affairs team was subpar in 2023 and has become downright atrocious in 2024 (hint: government affairs doesn't equate to internal brown-nosing). Silos and turf wars have made this workplace unbearable, with at least seven former colleagues actively seeking employment elsewhere - and yes, I'm serving as their reference.

Pros

Great experience, very young office, can be social but it really depends on the team

Cons

Lots of turnover, new WFH policy (4 remote days per month), salary is below average, can hit a ceiling with promotions after a few years
