      Pros

      Invenergy is a great job. They focus more on teaching you how to perform at your job and are very forgiving of mistakes you may make. In exchange, they do pay below market value. The culture is great, and they do have a lot of company outings.

      Cons

      It is very liberal so if you are not clearly for those ideologies, you will have a target on your back.

      Pros

      - Great foot in the door for those fresh out of school. - Excellent PTO offering. (21 days upon hiring) - No overtime/work-life balance is excellent.

      Cons

      - Slow movement upward. - Quality of management depends on the department. - Resistant to giving reasonable accommodations for disability. Lots of hoops to jump through. - Severely underpay. - Restrictive in terms of hybrid/remote work.
