      -Career development, company/industry growth, and a clean energy mission -Collaborating with and learning from coworkers with deep expertise/experience in engineering, finance, development, etc. -Innovative, entrepreneurial environment where corporate bureaucracy is shunned and people have high expectations of each other

      Cons

      -Sometimes penny wise and pound foolish in resourcing projects/teams/systems, which can result in inefficiencies and/or people being stretched too thin

      Pros

      I have a wonderful manager. He encourages and mentors me as I learn new job skills (project management, planning, etc) which are outside the realm of my administrative duties, but I am very eager to learn. Wonderful local support staff. Regional and asset managers are wonderful as well.

      Cons

      The company is experiencing some growing pains and transferring/tweaking new software. Sometimes it takes a little longer to get answers from AP, but asset management remedies it quickly. It's not because they don't care, but because they are still a fairly new company who is growing quickly.

      Great culture, team-focused, collaborative, entrepreneurial, rapidly growing so there are many opportunities for growth and advancement, true industry experts leading the company.

      Cons

      if you are inflexible and don't like change, this is not the place for you.
