      Pros

      Relaxed company environment that emphasizes on teaching. Mistakes can become learning experiences. Good hiring process for employees. Little to no issues with abrasive personnel.

      Pay is a bit under market value I believe.

      Pros

      Nice office space. Very modern. Hated the open concept.

      Cons

      For starters, there was a covid outbreak every other day and management still made people come into the offices, putting everyone at risk. They do not clean the offices nightly or even weekly. There is no covid protocol. I doubt contact tracing is even efficient. Management just want to see people in the offices to micromanage them. There is no work life balance. You’re expected to be available 24/7, even on vacation. The pay is below average, but HR tries to sell you on your annual bonus. Don’t believe the hype. Also, PTO is below average as well. It is a toxic work environment for sure.
