Pros
Smart, driven, & nice people to work with. Coworkers and bosses support each other and actively help you grow and succeed. Very transparent from top down. This company will definitely see a lot of success & growth in the future. Great place to work.
Cons
Often times, Invenergy does not hire quickly enough to support the growth they are seeing. A lot of companies have this issue, but it can lead to burnout if you're not careful. They are actively trying to do a better job of this from what I can tell.
