Treated well. Lots of opportunities for movement and encouragement to do so. Very generous PTO. I have awesome managers at my location.

Cons

The progression structure for my current position is a little annoying. Pay could be better.

the Chicago head office doesn't listen or understand how rural America works and doesn't support individual rights that don't fit their beliefs/ agenda.

Great work environment with training opportunities.

Cons

Took away employee freedoms and is forcing 100% of the company to get vaccine or you are terminated. Complete rift created by Chicago "Management" by not communicating with Services (wind,solar,etc). Major disconnect from top down management.
