Free Point Fridays to work on projects independently, good company culture, encouraged using the product and building interesting things, competitive pay, occasionally work from home

Pros

The people you work with are great and so is the office environment. The benefits are great and weekly lunches as provided. This is a good place to work to gain experience and work in a small company environment.

Cons

There seems to be lack of communication in Departments. The pay is low if your're not an engineer.
