Management cares only about reaching numbers versus caring about coaching and mentoring.
Too much overtime. There is not any balance of work and life.

In the Operations department, there are options to work from home a few days a wee and have a flexible schedule. You also get 3 weeks of vacation in your first year.
Cons
The office location can be a pain to get to no matter where you are coming from in the morning. Some of the management lack people skills, so when they are talking to the group, or individually, you have to have a thick skin.
