Pros

Decent bonuses, great supervisors, decent work like balance

Cons

Underpaid, embarrassing merit increases, and management doesn't listen to department concerns of things that are actually affecting the top performers. Insurance is crap - high deductible plans with aetna which suck if you or your family has health issues.

Pros

Culturally diverse, hard workers, 401k matching, industry experience with a widely known custodian, global

Cons

Opportunities come in tiny bumps of title and pay, high tenure; therefore, advancement can feel gridlocked. Bureaucratic. Overworked and underpaid.
